It has always been there in Italy. “Lower Emilia”, but now at home and abroad it is increasingly defined as the Italy food valley. This is the territory that includes the provinces of Modena, Reggio Emilia and especially Parma, chosen as the "capital" of a territory that the entire world envies us for its gastronomic excellence, since many DOP sausages but also Parmesan, the most beloved cheese (and badly imitated) of the planet.

The city of the Duchy, which will be there. Italian capital of culture in 2020, in 2015 it won the UNESCO title of “Creative City for Food and Wine” and is an increasingly popular destination for gourmet tourists in search of local delicacies, known, loved and exported around the world.

However, there are many others that are at least worth mentioning: the Feline salami, the Culatello di Zibello, the Coppa di Parma, el sausage and the Zampone of Modena, the Spalla Cotta of San Secondo.

A reality that has given rise to an authentic one in the heart of Emilia “Emotional” museum system related to food. Not only has a network of companies and consortia open to the public been created, but also authentic tours where culture and taste mix. Therefore they were Ad hoc museums are created.: Parma ham and sausages in Langhirano, Parmigiano Reggiano in Soragna, Felino salami in Felino, wine in Sala Baganza, tomato and pasta in Collecchio.
